[NSFW] Mid-A Epic Random-ness: Third Encounter
Not mature enough. Not enough knowledge.
I got my learners at 21. Thankfully my boys at that time wanted no part of riding. I didn't wanna do it alone. If I had, I wouldn't be here today. Went back to it at 25 and I have no regrets.
Rent a MTB for the weekend ($65) and come out and see what you got. Win or fail its all good if you even show up.

Motorcycles..... $5000 gets you a great condition 10 second bike. Keeping it near stock means damn near any dealership can fix 100% of the problems without worry of the mod game.
Join in with the bicycle thing, looks like all of Mid A but one person will be doing it before too long.

Don't take this the wrong way. You would die on a motorcycle.

Yeah before it gets too cold I'll come out and ride with you guys, though I predict my performance will be poor..considering all the shyt you guys do.
In other news..(edit: might be old news, but thought it was worth mentioning,) Hyundai Genesis coupe 3.8 now boasts 348 HP... more than the 370Z o_o...
Why is Nissan doing such a bad job with the new Z? They're being like Apple..oblivious to the competition..
I remember in 2007-2008, a 350Z was the fastest car you could get brand new for under 30k...damn.

It's not always about the hp
240z had a 2.4l inline 6 that made so so power with ok torque, it was an awesome car.
Just like our old convos about auto transmissions. I'd rather have 300hp sports car with a 6 speed than a 450hp sports car with an auto. Most people on here will agree.

Long time ago I saw the Beastie Boys and Murphy's Law play in a really small venue while they were still getting known around when License to Ill first dropped. [they were a hardcore skate punk band] Closest I've been recently have been mixed venue stuff like college festival concerts with rap and rock acts.
95% of people if not more, who buy cars buy them based on how they look, how comfy the inside is and how the reports show them for holding up over the years.
Also for those same people MPG > HP
So many people talk about what a car company should do. What motors to use, how much power, but those same people are the guys who will never buy one new, they will buy it used and mod it. Nissan doesn't give a damn about those people.

Does owning all the solo KISS albums and a few Clash albums count from back in the day?
I'll admit to playing a few Slayer tracks at work when I need to wake up and I used to love Living Colour even though they get no credit as far as rock groups go. But I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I listened to anything remotely close to the stuff Zain and $*** are posting. I'm more into stuff like the Black Keys or people who try and incorporate new/old stuff together.

Well, Nissan probably doesn't, you're right. But I mean it makes sense to buy slightly used if anything (ie. one owner.) A big chunk of the depreciation is already taken.

Though I'm still a newbie I'm beginning to understand certain bands lyrics without having to search for them online.

I haven't looked at KISS or Slayer recently, but I should..quick google shows that KISS is heavy metal...though I wouldn't say 2 bands makes you into it.

How the hell is Nissan doing a bad job? By not reading the future and knowing what Hyundai or Ford are going to come up with?
Remember the 350Z received significant (in my opinion) upgrades over the years, much like the Genesis has. The 370Z has..not.
I like how people judge a car by "how many horses it pushes out of the factory?"
Naive.... Handling? Comfort? MPG? Weight distribution? Weight? Looks? Maintainability? Easy to modify? A lot goes into judging a car. What is good for me is does not mean it's good for others and vice versa.

But you cannot bump HP on just every engine. And the VQ engine is pretty much maxed out from the factory.
