[NSFW] Mid-A Epic Random-ness: Third Encounter
I have been to both shows and Bmore was crap-I went the last weekend of the show 2 yrs ago. Although I don't know how good of an idea it is to go the last day of DCs show. Many will pack up early.

Yea I have been to both and prefer DC, good point about possibly packing up early though
On the topics of dieting/working out:
I started going back to the gym and I am pretty sure I fawked up my left shoulder (I ********** with my right, making it my weakest) The workout program requires you to go to muscle failure on the last set of each exercise. Making you crawl out of the gym every time you go. The soreness felt great until this morning when my shoulder was in constant pain.

kyle if you havent worked out in forever you gotta ease back into it. easy way to F something up bad.
Rest up for a little while and then start slowly and work your way up.

If your shoulder is hurting you're doing something wrong, most of the time. What is your normal routine? I usually see people doing way too much weight on the bench. They also get injured by having their elbows up too high, makes for a fast shoulder injury.

Taking the bar too low during bench is a big cause of shoulder pain.

Since Alberto and clay are getting into the sauce, look out for the fakes.

I was weighing 160ish pushing 315 on the bench before i got hurt and when everything was said and done months later I gained 20 lbs and really didnt get any stronger. Right now I am slowly getting back up there, I'm just doing it the right way.

Nah, just like working out. Got my bench up from 185 to 315 in a year. Next step is hitting 4 plates. Just have to commit to it.
Hopefully starting up a workout with this guy on base. If I can hit 4 plates and get back down to 160-170ish I'll be happy.
