Alberto, can you make your post a bit more clear, someone in here didn't get the point.

If this is the post you're referring to, then he is correct. The person who crashed should stay on the scene.

Still not understanding where exactly you gathered that he accused me of the actions in questions?

I try to avoid responding to posts that use '5hin' or 'nickels,' because they're usually bullshyt.

+1 on selling one of your cars, though I'd probably opt to keep the 240. Cheap to mod, cheap/easier to fix, no longer depreciates, easy to resell, cheaper on insurance, plenty of engine swap options, handles just as well as the Z not to mention it's a heck of a lot lighter.

*Edit: you'll be a fan of Miatas after you see how hard of an a$$-whooppin' a 90whp car can put on Z's at the track
It's funny, as soon as I came home today I looked at it and realized I dont think I can sell it. Just because I thought of exactly the same reasons you just mentioned above.

I don't like Miata's only because when I was in HS I remember this DB that owned one and everytime I see them I remember him. I know it's childish reason but he ruined it for me.

It's ok, I feel the same way about the Z after some DB bought one.

Sell the Z, lightly mod the 240 for handling and buy an accord.

That's what it was on the bike stand for. I washed my bike the week before, everyone else washed their bikes I think that morning. Not sure why, but it was soooooo muddy. Even vineyard was tricky to ride.

All of us had chit on her backs and caked up between the seat. Straight up looked like we all **** ourselves.

So what would you guys recommend for a clutch for the Z. I think the main reason I don't enjoy driving the car is the clutch in it is more of a PITA. Is there anything that will hold up at my power levels that feel near stock? I figure I would price one out and see if I want to spend the money to have it swapped out (drive that bish to PA and get it done on the cheaps) But not 100% sure I want to do that or not, I will see how I like it this spring since i didnt really get that much time this past season to really drive the car considering all the time and money I lost out of the gate fixing things from Function:tuned.

Hey man, if you're up for learning I could help out a little bit with replacing the clutch. My buddy and myself have taken out both of our transmissions down and sealed them up in a day.

Btw what would be the right price??

PM sent, I mean if it can be done locally for the cheaps too that works. My dad works at a dealer in PA on the weekend so I usually hit him up and give one of his co-workers some $$ to help him with the job.

Just get use to it, I had a total PITA clutch in the civic, it's a part of having a built car. Besides, even with the clutch, how many miles do you see yourself driving it?

A lot of money to throw at something that isnt a problem.

I daily drove my first built setup in NOVA about 5000 miles. Carbon disks would heat up so bad in traffic it would chatter BAD and not want to disengage! Good times.

Trying to take the edges off a built car means you arent truly cut out for ownership. If my car didn't run so hot I would have kept driving it. Man up Scott.

RJM clutch bracket. Look in the FI forum a bunch of the high power guys are using it. Binder, XKR...etc. They say it makes the engagement just like stock.

Keep in mind he is TT. More to the install than NA. I had to remove wastegates, vac lines, heat wrap, etc.

Its my jew blood, I think having a repair bill within 500 miles ruined me. I mean the issues that caused the problem have been fixed and I am surprised how long the parts lasted the way F:t had it. But its all in working order now minus the small rad leak (almost not even an actual issue). I am going to give it a shot this spring and see what it looks like, If I can get asking I am not against selling, will be loss for me, but eh that repair bill put a real sour taste in my mouth. I mean I literally drove it home to get registered and Inspected and I lost a turbo on the way home and the 2nd one had some serious play in it. So two rebuilds later and other small parts + them messing up one of my rad hoses then charging me for it, just made me even more pissed. Think if it this way of the trips I have taken in the Car 2/5 have ended in me spending money. /Rant The 3 that went well were after everything was fixed so seems to be good now, just got fawked prior to even getting a chance to enjoy it.
