with my F'd ankle ive been doing crazy core exercises. Cant wait to get back to riding / cardio.

Define crazy core exercises? I think the P90 ab workout for example is harder than Insanitys core day.

Cable weights in gym. Twisting pulling exercises. On of my friends who is a trainer was in town for a few days and showed me dome stuff to build strength. Yesterdays workout left my front back and sides sore lol
