You ever Play Grand theft Auto Vice city on ps2?? Looks like a Building you can buy an strip cars there, calm couzy and ready for a Z i would say..

Housewarming gift

Looks like a good race shop for prepping 350Z endurance racers in. I'll be looking forward to seeing pictures of the inside of the shop to see how you have it all setup! It's clear that your race team is serious about evolving into a serious contender.
