The car will take corners faster than most cars. My previous experience is with a suspension tuned 510 and this car seems as predictable when sliding as the 510. Friends who autocross 510s have taught me to really jerk the wheel into a corner so that the car develops oversteer. The Z seems to handle the same way with that style of driving. Its just that the Z is a whole lot faster. It remains remarkably flat in the corners. The brakes are super and I always apply them to quickly. At times I feel that I am 'coasting' into the corner before applying the power. The car does not have drag strip power. I think that there is plenty of power for the kind of driving I do which is mainly the foothill roads in Northern California. (sorry for the long response)

There are some great roads out in AZ. There's one called Vulture Mine Road out in the middle of nowhere. My friends and I take our bikes out there all the time. There's one long right hand sweeper with a 55 mph speed limit posted for it. I entered at about 90 mph and bled off a little at midcorner and exited out about 95 mph. Slid just a tad at the rear on the exit, but very stable overall. I was pretty surprised at how fast I could take that corner...almost as fast as I can on my bike with race tires.
