You know 330ci is not a slow car. Actually it's pretty fast on straight line or even curvy roads. But don't worry. Given equally skilled driver, 350Z will beat 330ci in any form of racing.
I drove a friends 02 330 ci with Dinan intake, exhaust, and chip. He was driving my Z and passed me pretty easily. We haven't lined up and raced yet though.
I traded my '02 330ci auto for my Z and I am glad I did. The BMW is slower than $hit. I almost got smoked by a riced-out Civic one day getting on the freeway.

They arent that slow, you better look out because their are tons of riced out civics that will blow the z away as well.
