Default Did I slip into the 13s?

I punched my 14.2 @100 into the correction calcultor for my conditions and it cam out a corrected 13.9 @101.

This would be the number that, say, C/D would publish?

nope when your timeslip reads 13.99999999 then ur in the 13's. those calculations are not 100% acurate. if someone asks you what u ran, are u gonna say "i ran a 14.2, but according to C/D calculations, i ran a 13.9"

Agreed. While it is tempting to use the corrected numbers the common practice is to give uncorrected times. If you're at a high altitude (which I don't think CT is) then anyone worth their salt will recognize it without being told.

Don't use corrected times......post the time on the timeslip with a note about altitude......you could put in the "corrected" time after the "real" time if you wish.
