Default VQ35 ITB Pic

I'm considering this, with cams and full MAP plus test pipes and exhaust.

What do you guys think and what sort of power do you think it'll run. (i know N/A engines are not all about power but driveability, just wondering)

From the look of that thing, go for it, it looks so sick. Couple thing you wanna double check though, first is the hood clearance...that thing sticks up pretty high you might have problem with the hood. Second, you might need to fabricate some kind of box with intake piping for the ITB otherwise it just gonna suck in all the hot air in the engine bay....therefore, reducing you hp & torque output.

Hopefully as I have a HR the bonnet will clear. I have an air box, well 2, sorted. They are jenvey which is ideal as I'm in the uk it makes things easy as my tuner fits jenvey kits all the time (not on a z yet though).

I'll be going standalone management prob with a omex as my tuner is part of omex.

The car will be a dd and plan on using it at 'the ring' and some local tracks and maybe some 1/4 mile

what sections of the intake tract does thier kit replace? (besides the obvious...) all the way to the heads?

do you plan on getting headwork? are the ITBs oversized intake runners?

Yeah, I am excited to see someone attempt to do that however. Although its not actually working or proven.

Adam it's a custom carbon box by the same guy who did one for my last itb on an old car although I believe piperx do one for it.

Planning on doing some port work and cams but that may be phase 2.

That pic is from my stand at the PRI show in orlando .There will be a air box for this set up for the 350z most of the ITBs have gone in race cars .I have a set in the shop that will be fitted to a 350z as soon as get one in my hands .this has gone around for some time now and i have had a lot of guy crying over the price so it wes set back on the back burner ! if you would like to see this set up come out you can not cry about the price it is cheaper than the Porsche kits .all i get is it cost to much speed and performance come's with a price tag what about the bling bling wheel that cost 2k +that will not do a thing for your performance but there is no crying there whats up with that ?!!!!! this thing will come to the 350z if you want it

I love naturally aspirated cars, and by the looks of the kit the quality is there. I understand however, that to effectively use these ITB's is not a bolt and and go process, and I think that is what most of the Z owners are looking for with aftermarket products.
