with the price people are willing to pay for 'JDM' branded exhaust and other components... and the cosworth plenum if these headers put down the power you guys will have a market.

very nice pics and congrats on finishing the race! can't wait to hear about more progress, I am no longer skeptical.

So happy to hear the enthusiasm is still here!

They are being produced right now, the wheels are in motion and by the fall we should be ready!

But until then, here's another video to tease you. It's from a Mosport lapping day:

http://vimeo.com/6061229

I'll post updates with photos in the next week or so, I'm as excited as you guys!

would the headers be just as loud as it is on your car?

because i realize that you have you own exhaust set up which looks pretty much like just a straight pipe from the headers all the way to the exits

im assuming these headers on a a nismo exhaust wouldnt be as loud? is there any way resonators could be put in somewhere? or would that kill any power you might make with the headers?

1800 wouldent be to bad. considering what people pay for headers and hfc that dont make as much power as these headers do

Cost of materials, cost of the collectors (300-500 each for decent ones), plus labor and a small profit margin. That's mid range for a decent header, which this clearly is as it performs.

They will have 2 maybe 3 bungs per bank as follows:

One on a primary for the main factory O2, unfortuantly it will only sample 1/3 banks but for idle and cruise feedback the accuracy is good enough, the second O2 will be for the secondary O2s but will be supplied with spacers to not throw a CEL - we need to figure the lengths out on those.

A third O2 bung may be supplied so that when guys want to run aftermarket widebands / dyno they don't need to remove and weld in a bung!
