Hey Guys,

I'm not one to post updates until there are some, but I'm glad to let you know the first set of production headers will be ready sometime this week for fitting on our first test car. This is a huge step for us because we've got jigs made, over 100 flanges and O2 bungs CNC'd and enough tubing and bends to build 40 sets of headers. Once we know everything fits and all the small details are sorted - they will become available!

The next task in the coming weeks is to get an HR into the shop and make the required changes to fit HR headers.

I'll post a few photos when I get in to work tomorrow - until then,

Have a great thanksgiving to all you Canadians!

I don't recall if you posted, but are you using Burns collectors?

good luck on the test pair working out easily, gotta be suspenseful.

We're actually using Vibrant Performance collectors, Vibrant is one of our sponsors and their product quality is extremely high, the value is well above Burns/SPD/Coast.

The Vibrant collectors have a warranty against cracking and corrosion and that is what really sealed the deal on the supplier selection for us!

I am nervous about the first few sets being perfect, I don't want to package and sell anything until it is 100%.

Vibrant is absolutely quality. I used their canisters and resonators when building an exhaust in the past.

AAM also uses their componentry in their exhausts.

It's looking real nice and coming along great. Do you know if this will be done by this month? I might want to add this to my current stroker NA build in this same forum if I can get a hold of one.

I've got the first "production" set in my hands. We will be testing a bone stock 2003 G35 today and step by step testing the following parts for an upcoming online magazine called "Tune2Win"

We are testing the following parts, in the following order:

Stock
Up-Rev Flash (we will fine tune the flash after every step to ensure maximum power for 91 octante)
JWT Intake
T1R exhaust + Motordyne Y-pipe WITH highflow cat
SG longtubes

Stay tuned, I will try to have one of the guys here update this thread throughout the day, real-time!

My estimates are:

Stock - 206whp
Up-Rev flash - 212whp
JWT Intake - 218whp
T1R exhaust + Motordyne Y-pipe - 226whp
SG longtubes - 260whp

T1R exhaust + Motordyne Y-pipe - 232whp
SG longtubes - 252whp

We were unable to put a stock flash back in the ECU, and rather than pulling timing to an unknown quantity to ATTEMPT to replicate stock, we just left the tune in.

The car made 227whp with just two modifications:

*Castrol 0-40 EDGE oil
*Osiris Flash

which is about 17whp higher than expected!

Intake time!

JWT pop charger just installed and testing

Pop charger+Z-tube makes 6whp on one run, most of the runs showed 230whp. Average gain of 6 runs is 4whp.
