Initially it was set for Wednesday. It was bogging at 4500 or so and stalled once so I was worried about AFRs so I took it over and his 1pm flaked so I got in.
He just sent me this comparison between the old motor with quiet exhaust and now but it is one of the earlier runs before we got 302 TQ.
He said he is out of the shop until Wednesday and will email me the rest of the charts then.

Underwhelmed with the gains and output to say the least, but I am EXTREMELY happy that you finally have this finished! You can change parts later for more power, but what matters is that you can drive and enjoy it. I'm actually really happy for you man.

That chart is the last run on the old engine and one of the last on the new. I got 2 more pounds of torque so +53.
Those numbers are with the restrictive (QUIET) exhaust. The cutout refused to open so no clue what difference it would have made.
The gains are almost exactly what was expected. These motors are not conducive to mods NA.
I was hoping for 320/300 and may still get there with a few tweaks and some break in time.

Start looking into how to adapt the FWD "HR" manifold to the DE and those new long tubes from PPE and you'll be in business. Those crawfold headers gained next to nothing....

I built this motor 100% the way my needs dictated. It gives me what I want which is a powerful daily driver that has an acceptable (TO ME) amount of NVH. I traded some power for a quiet exhaust which rules out long tubes and by the way, the ART pipes made great gains on the Megan headers nearing long tube numbers.

^think he was giving you advice/options dude. if your trying to squeeze out more power, look into cams and cam timing. sg motorsports from canada made right around 350rwhp from their n/a setup and alot of it was cam timing. and that was on a 3.5l
for your question on no oil squirters,i think you'll be fine as your forged pistons cool off alot faster than your oem pistons. i saw alot of evo guys remove their oil squirters when they swapped to forged internals because their pistons didnt get nearly as hot as the oem's did
