Seeing as no one has responded to the FS thread and I don't have the truck to go pick it up I'll leave it there and we'll see if he actually starts the assembly. Theoretically he is calling today to tell me it is disassembled, checked and ready to go together. Not holding my breath.
I gave away my 97 240sx because the project was bigger than my wallet could afford. Sold all of my parts, and put that money into my 350z I bought shortly after deciding to get rid of my 240sx, it is a rough decision and it sucks a big D on the wallet, but sometimes, you just gotta cut your loses
The mechanic that was "coming tomorrow" from shop 1 (not his fault, theirs) responded to a vm and is going to complete the assembly and do the install in my garage over 2-3 weekends.
I have a compressor, air ratchet & impact gun engine hoist and stand, most hand tools etc. I am pretty sure he has the tools we need and anything we need I am sure we can rent.
That's good to hear, hopefully he'll get done faster than 2-3 weekends since everything is machined and ready to go. Keep us updated! I'm am glad you are finally getting "stroked"
