but seriously, how many miles you have on it now? hopefully you do a decent breakin period before going wot on a dyno to tune it, right?

lol darn! like i said....just doesnt feel right with just 2 pedals. haha

saturday my friend.....saturday. and so far i have around 200 miles on it. i changed the oil and filter around 60 miles and it was clean, so thats a good start. and ive driven it like i normally do the whole time.....been to the limiter once or twice already

I would be careful about doing that. I'm definitely not an expert but I didn't go over 4500 RPM for like 1k miles after mine was rebuilt.

so you are one of those "break it in how you will drive it" types, seems to be about 50% say that and the other 50% say take it easy for the first 1000 miles, i tend to be one that takes it easy for about 1000 miles.....is it saturday yet?!!!!

what doesnt feel right to me is a car that i can see the car im racing through the windshield, i prefer to see them through the rear window, lol

yep. you're correct. my cbr900rr has a fresh built motor that i did the same thing on. drive normalish the first 50-100 miles, but after that time with no problems.....its game ON! i dont go peggin it out all the time, but im not afraid to bring the revs up. if something will go wrong, it would be soon after first starting it. these motors are built within such tight tolerances that a "break in" isnt really necessary.

and of course it doesnt feel right to you, but you just cant help it.

no slush boxes here, trans has an external cooler, transgo valvebody, and a 3200 stall converter, plus tuning by uprev
