What rpm was peak? Will you post a dyno sheet? Curious about dropoff after peak power too. Nice man!

cant see my sig? lol

310/274 on a powerdyne mustang dyno. it was in the low 90s, intake air temps were between 110-120*....the 310 pull was at 112*. didnt make power after 6400 so the limiter was set to 6800rpm. and my idle is set right around 1000rpm cuz anything under...the car will cut off when the idle drops from higher rpms lol

i have a couple other pix on my d70 and a couple vids on my p&s camera that i will post up tomorrow. they are in the car and i am comfy lol

Sorry, saw your sig right after I posted. I figured you would've had a higher peak, but good numbers on a mustang dyno, do powerdyne mustang dynos read lower like other mustang dynos?

I forgot how Ben has the dyno set up. It reads like a dynojet i believe. I dynoed my car a turbo tune or some BS in downtown greensboro before the owner mark died but my car lololol made 302hp. I just lol and decided to choose a new shop(CIN)

Nice results and cool vid. I thought that coming from CIN the car would of hit a little higher since their bolton revup g35 got 300/270. Is their exhaust that awesome or did they say anything else?

I expected it to breathe better up top with your mods. Nice power and the flat torque is verrrry nice. I would work on trying to get it breathe better up top. Great job doing it yourself man, kudos to you.

Nice numbers dude. Must feel nice.

How does she drive now after the tune? How much power was picked up from the tune?

yeah the pulls were to 6400.

from my research the plenum and MR headers are keepin me from higher rpms but no way in hell do i have money for something like a cosworth plenum and sg headers. lol and this is using a stock unmodified lower plenum too. once i get it finished ill throw it on along with a walbro pump and then see what diff it makes. that and maybe try to find a stillen airbox/filter

but she drives good, smooth and i can tell a diff in power. she dyno'd 281/242 before the tune but the AFRs were here and there lol so thats a gain of 29hp and 32 tq. but dont forget how hot it was. ill be sure to go back when its early and cool or just on a cool day....then the numbers WILL be higher.

enjoy it!

you have no need for a walbro pump

stick with a stock airbox and drop in filter, or a revup airbox (won't make a huge difference though). Overall power won't cxhange dramatically between intakes, but the boxes will absolutely insulate things better against heat soak. Those open short ram type filters are horrendous in traffic, and even fall short during highway use.

#'s won't change too dramatically on a cooler day believe it or not - might get a 5 whp bump but it won't be anything dramatic. 112F intake temps are still within the ecu's sweet spot
