NOS is your best bet for under $1300!

Why's posted in your first post is nothing but $$$&&&&$$$$ in labor/parts....

depends on your budget...if you want to build the motor for a mild gain in hp go for it but it definitely wont be cost affective.

don't bother with intake, the stock intake is still the best for hp numbers.

if it was me i would just do test pipes or long tube headers, exhaust, tune.

70 WHP is not asking alot! Many have come close to making up for drivetrain losses with bolt-ons and tune! Several of us are in the 292-300WHP and 250-262 WTQ range.

I'm not sure what support you will be able to obtain in Kuwait?! GTM works with oversea's enthusiasts! I would contact them. I personally would do a stroker build if going down the NA route. Get a GTM stroker kit, Tomei cams, long tube headers, exhaust, Injen CAI's, UpRev tune, oil cooler, nismo finned diff cover, OS Giken twin disk clutch, a true LSD diff and some 3.9-4.08 gears and you will have a beast!

Sounds like you have no budget in mind! hehe

Reading this laundry list of parts,I'm trying to figure out what is your main objective?First, how much are you willing to spend?Reading between the lines,
"give me on the dyno",it looks like the goal is more HP...?How much HP?
If so,you could eliminate all the internal parts and get a single turbo set up
(Momentum & others) and get up to around 400hp.Its gonna cost 6K + install, ship tune--maybe you got over 8k in the mod plus you external exhaust
etc stuff.

If you are dead set on doing this, go for it, with an HR, I can almost guarantee you will be over the 300whp mark. BUT, in saying that, you will spend in the neighborhood of $6-8k US to get there IF you do most of the work yourself. Now, if you decided to put a turbo on, and conservatively set it up for around 400hp, you will probably spend about the same amount if you wheel and deal and do the work yourself.

I myself went NA, but it was because I had a lack of funds to go further....
