Yeah I know but you can "correct" the dyno dynamics numbers. Thays why I'm asking.

Default Take this as a fun story-I think I told it here before

All this dyno talk reminds me of a true story.
2/3 years ago when I just started with my 08 350, a friend showed me a dyno sheet of some car. He asked me what I thought of it. I said very impressive, what does the car do in the 1/4 mile, I asked. He told me that the engine blew up while being dynoed. I looked at the dyno paper again & told him that it was to hard to use as toilet paper........

Good job not answering the question.

You clearly don't know anything about different dynos and how they read. I guarantee you that DD had a correction factor added in and you have no idea.

It's worth a chuckle as dyno numbers mean nothing. Zilch. Nada.

Don't even get me started on "angle valve jobs and valves" as future mods. Do you even know how efficient VQ heads are or what the stock valves are angled/cut like?

Did you just decide this because your car on Need 4 Speed boasts a stage 2 performance package? Lol

Edit-your car sounds like a Rhino Queef

This is probably the strongest 3.5 I ever seen. I'm really want to see the DJ #'s.

The sound must be from those headers. VQ's through proper longtubes like SG or even pseudo-shorties like Crawfords sound amazing.

Congrats on the numbers! Like many said, there are too many variables when it comes to dynos' ESPECIALLY when correction factors come into play on a dyno dynamics.

Gotta get a tune from JDS one of these days.. I tried to set something up last spring but Jas never got back to me about whether he could do what I wanted...

^I would love to see your car on his rollers. You have the SGs, right? I'm getting a before dyno, installing my new intake system, and then doing an after.

I am 302whp SAE on R/T Tuning's DJ as of 4/2011.

I'll try to get in contact with him in the spring again. I'm having too much fun with turbo's and JZ's right now and have been neglecting the Z

Yea, SG's. They sound like music with the Tilton flywheel between them and Fast Intentions true 2.5" dumping out the back..

Heres my track video.........

Couldnt launch Dued to very bad clutch, soooo had to do a red light type of thing lol.... sooo i ran 14.0 @113MPH..... when i try to launch the car at 3-5k rpm easing off for good numbers, all i get is the clutch never comes back up... it just stays there for like 5seconds, its like glue clutch pedal just wont come back..... idk what it is, soo im gonna get a new clutch kit, clutch steel braided line, slave/master cylinder.. everything that has to do with clutch brand new, i will RUN 12 seconds on the 1/4 mile with bolt ons i promise! someone told me with my trap speed at 113mph i should be running 12.5-12.9's all day.

just learn how to feather the clutch when launching.. my 08 z did the same thing when i tried dumping the clutch and it was wheel hopping like a b1tch, the clutch would stick, etc.. learn to ease off the clutch at like a 2k rpm launch and it'll be a lot better. im no pro but i definitely improved since my first time at the strip.

Stay away from the built NA talk and upgrade the clutch system like you said! Maybe a lighter wheel and stickier tire package!

It's less of headache!

I withdrawal my statement. That sounds pretty good. However I got you beat at 13.1 but you smoked me by almost 10 mph trap wise. Badas$ couch would cure that. Good luck
