Still, a plenum is still worth something and can be modded usefully. Sucks more for the person with the modded OEM plenum in the pic. Hope he ends up finishing it, as they have already been cut up in that pic..
Yeah mine is the modded one. Last pm I got was that shop doing the work was giving him the run around. I got that weeks ago I haven't heard anything since.
Any help with this build...looks like has good intake manifold and tube modified....any idea about this "z"....soory if is not the place to post this but any help would be appreciated.
Haa, I see what you did there. Be sure to fixture the little sliver that mates as a sealing surface to the lower plenum. It deformed a bit on mine during welding and I needed to lap the flange surface.

What do you mean? I was refering to the section of the upper manifold that can be seen in your picture. That thin section that acts as a sealing surface.
