I came across this one the other day, not sure what model it is though. My ideal Z would be with as very little accesories as possible. Do all LSD models come with the VDC, TCS? Correct me If I am wrong, but is it true that their is no real way to fully disengage the VDC, EBD? Someone please school me. All opinions are welcome

Seems like an alright buy. If it were me, I'd get he full history on it though. How many times has it been serviced, and for what. Was it hwy miles or city, so on and so forth.
With cruise control it is at least the Enthusast model which means you have LSD and TCS. Yes, all LSD models come with TCS or VDC.
Seems like a decent deal to me if a mechanic gives it an okay after inspection.

These questions are fairly straightforward if you just look at nissanusa.com
In any case, bare minimum with LSD is enthusiast. enthusiast has TCS, not VDC.
If you have VDC, you ALSO have TCS. But not the other way around.
Ideally, with traction control off, you can drift, fishtail, do donuts, whatever you want to do. There have been reports of VDC/TCS kicking back in during extreme driving conditions.
No one is 100% sure what to believe here.
