Yes, the "only automatics can have cruise" idea is way too old. I am glad I have cruise in my MT6. Long drives are a pain (literally) without it.

Thanks! I always forget the exhaust tips after hours of detailing everything else Just not used to having a car whose exhaust alone is a show piece, OEM or aftermarket. Will do so today!

Same as with an A/T minus the ability to switch gears when more torque is required, of course. So while on cruise, if you slow down from 80 to 50 and hit the "Resume" button, response is sluggish which is to be expected.

Yeah, You suck! Jk! I say your z in the W&T forum. I was drooling over your bigger tires there. When mine wear out, I'd like to go with the 255/285 setup. Looks just right. BUT for the extra 20mm in width, the tires go up an additional $100 apiece At least for the Michelin PS2s (my preferred tire)

I guess you gotta pay to play!

I saw your pics on the other forum. Looks good! I was thinking of getting the Ray's Blue lugk with mine, but not sure how that would look. I don't think they are the right blue...

Thanks! Yes, 285r/255f is ideal since it does not cause VDC issues, which were a big concern for me while searching for the right combo without needing a fender roll.

Wherever you do get the tires from, make sure you tell them you are a member here. Even if they've never heard of these forums, they'll still give a good discount. I got 10% after they had already matched the lowest price I could find online (that site was out of stock on Proxes T1r's).

yeah.. how often do you need to change gears if you are crusing at a constant 85mph on the highway anyways??

^ Uhumm, you are right!! And it's set to a constant speed which means youll be staying at one gear unless u use it to slow u down or press it up to accelerate.

Very nice. I too am looking for a track model with leather, maybe a different color, don't want to be a copy cat.
FWIW my 91 300 had a 5sp and cruise. I really wish I had kept that car.

He is better off without the factory NAV anyhow. He can get a much much better nav system by selecting a model from the aftermarket choices.

Nice ride!
