Are you driving more aggressively? Have any of your driving habits/routes/conditions changed? Maybe your 19s are heavier, but I don't think that would make much difference. Has it had a tune-up lately, is the tire pressure at the right level?

i do not drive very aggressive, i pretty much shift around 3-3400k rpm, and i do most of my driving at 70-80miles an hour , i thought i should get better gas mileage from hwy driving. also something that is strange is my needle seems to change alot up then down then back up-- recently i turned the car on and was parked for about 5mins it said E and fuel light came on eventually then i looked up and it was more than a quarter tank,, shouldnt the sensor read quickly? i mean i understand that the digital readout my vary from diffrent speeds, but on the digital it will say 89 dte and then 130 dte,, just very strange, it concernes me,, i never noticed any of this when i had my 05 Z,,,, do you think it could be the straight pipe from the engine? (no, cats X 2 or the y pipe?

Maybe this is something they corrected for the 05s, but mine always reads lower once it gets below half a tank. It may look like I'm below 1/4 tank on my gauge, but now I know I have more fuel than what it says. The little DTE light seems to come on at the apropriate time though. I would let the fuel level go as low as you can and then fill up. For some reason the accuracy of the fuel guage seemed to improve after doing this for my Z.
