Default I finally did it.

Hi, after lurking on this board for a long time, I finally traded in my beloved 02 Subaru WRX to get an Black 06 Base 350z. 6K miles on the clock and I got her for $24K. Not the best deal, but not too bad. Too bad it didn't come with the owner's manual, so I will have to order one of those. Other than that, I am loving it. I gotta let my eyes rest because I've been reading the online owner's manual and I can barely keep my eyes open.

Congratulations and welcome to the club. Check Courtesy Nissan for a free owners manual.

Hehe, after lurking here for a while, I pretty much know all the little secrets of the car, like opening windows with the key and the latch release on the strut tower. But still want to read the real manual.

I will post pics of my stock 06 (for now) after Zainodetailer works on my car first. Since it was used, it's got quite a bit of tree sap on it and I've never owned a black car before, so I want a pro to detail it for me the first time. Too bad it's gonna rain soon...

The WRX is a nice car too. Back in 02, the WRX was the best bang for the buck...then came the SRT-4 and whatnot, the WRX is not a very "fast" car in 2006 standards; tons of sedans are faster. The Z is not awfully fast, but it sure looks good and insurance is a bit cheaper than my WRX.

Now I need to learn how to drive a RWD car. My WRX really spoiled me with a great AWD system. I don't have a whole lot of confidence with my new Z with no TCS or VDC and stock tires.

Yeah I know what you mean the WRX just had alot of little issues that bugged me after a while. I know what you mean about the AWD I've been getting used to RWD again the WRX was alot more forgiving.
