Default Question about breaking in.

Ok I figured since this is the new owner section I could ask here. I did a search and did not see this under anywhere else so don't flame me please if it is.

I will be getting my new Z in a few days. Most likely I will be taking it on a 6 hour trip within a day or so or getting it. Basically all highway at a minimum of 70 mph the whole way. Is this a bad idea? Should I leave it at my other home and come back to drive it on the weekends till it is broken in?

Any advice is welcomed as I am not sure what driving it at 70-80 for 6 hours would do to it during the early stages of breaking it in.

From the owners manual
" During the first 1,200 miles avoid driving for long periods at constant speed,
either fast of slow. Do not run the engine over 4,000 rpm.
Do not accelerate at full throttle in any gear.
Avoid quick starts.
Avoid hard breaking as much as possable. "
I have had my 07 2 week now with 1,582 miles . Its hard to abay by the rules.
