So I test drove a rx8 i was very impressed with the ride, and the back seat. After driving the rx8 for a week i have spent 150 bucks on gas and only 352 miles. So I traded in my 04 base for the rx8, and now just got the 03 touring. Bah beware of the rx8 guys they have major problems i did not find out about till i started looking for mods on it, and ran into a slew of problems. Now to start my mods back on my z after a week haha glad to be back where the men are.

 

So you had 2 Z's and 04 and 03, and sold the 04 for the Rx8?? Is that the story??

 

Nah i traded in the 04 and got the rx8. i hate the rx8 so much that i purchased another z. so now i have an rx8 and a 03 z.

you should sell the rx8 too and use the money to mod the Z.

There must be something wrong with your RX-8. We pay $3.50/gal in California for premium, which is about $42.00 for a fill-up--about 240 mile range.

 

yeah its a lemon i have taken it to the dealer twice, they say nothing is wrong with it also the car is so hot under the hood that if you are standing outside of it when the fans come on the air will singe the hair on your legs

 

wow that sucks...

 

i forgot where i read it, but it said that people were having problems with the engine blowing up after 50,000 miles or those that live in hot climates

 

yes i have read that also on the rx8 forums. not worth it. that is a expensive motor to replace. just hope it can find a nice junkyard i mean car lot to rest in
