Default New Z Owner

What's up everyone?
I just joined the Z family. I had an account on here before I had a Z as I was searching around for one and I actually found it on this very forum. Picked up LuisZ33's (I think that's his username) 2003 Track model Z. Here are the pics he had up on the for sale section, I haven't taken any of my own as of yet:

It has Work Wheels on it, Stance Coilovers, an Invidia G200 True Dual Exhaust and an intake, don't remember the brand.
Well, I picked this up last Friday and Sunday morning (Around 2AM) I left for Talladega, Alabama (I'm from Miami, FL), where my dad lives to visit and put some miles on the thing. While I was there I asked my dad to get the car painted (He's into the whole body work thing, has a business going with the local and most badass body shop that I know of in Alabama) so as much as it hurt, I came back to Miami the next day and left my car there for about two weeks.
Car had a few dents in it and little things here and there that needed to be fixed and so there it is, already taken completely apart.
As I've had a black AND silver car in the past, I decided to change it up and went with something that might be an acquired taste, but, when I post the pics you guys will see how bad *** this thing looks. Give me a couple weeks and I'll post back up. I went with metallic olive green, slammed on bronze rims, I think it'll look sick as hell. Here are some pics of my last car:

It's a built '91 MR2 Turbo. Started off with a JDM 3S-GTE swap, ended up running a Berk Tech. GT3076R turbo along w/ all supporting mods including internals and being properly tuned with an AEM EMS. Just sold that to get my hands on a Z. I've yet to make up my mind on whether I want to spend a ton of money on this thing and make it stupid fast or just have a nice, clean, smooth daily driver.

Anyway, yeah, hi!

The MR2 was making approximately 450WHP @ 16PSI. Car weighed in at around 2,700 lbs. with me in it. That car boogied. I just wanted A/C, and not a built time attack car to drive around on the street. Since I no longer have my bike I just decided to get something newer and start clean.

Hellos,

OP: props to you on both rides.

It's so rare to see mr-2's nowadays, and to see a clean clean one w/ 3s-gte swap is a treat. Are those old school BBS's?

Hey thanks for the nice words man, yes those are old school BBS RS wheels. 16x7f 16x8r, they weren't nearly wide enough to hold the power down though, was going to replace them but I ended up wanting a Z out of no where and so here we are.

Nice combo with the rims, against the colour of the Z. She's a low rider, or is it just the photo? Well done keeping the Z in the family.

Thanks man, I'll post 'em up by Monday at the latest, maybe on Sunday.
Color change update: No longer Metallic Olive Green, I went with Mercedes Benz Satin Black. It's flat black with a hint of gloss. Hope it looks sick.

Well here's the only pic I have so far taken with an iPhone:

Hasn't been washed yet, looks horrible, side skirts/back bumper looks like it's a different color in the pics, might be the sun or the fact that the paint is full of dust from being at the body shop for a few days after it got painted.
I'll post better pics as soon as I get a camera.
