Default Considering a used 350Z

Hello all, I'm in the market for another vehicle after a drunk pole bruised up my truck pretty bad. I'm used to tricked trucks, but I'd like to own a little sports car at some point in my life, and seeing as I'm in my early twenties and single, I figured this would be the best time.

Considered alot of options, ranging from a WRX to an old Caddy. I definitely want something smoother than my last truck (I've been riding around with drops for the past 7 years and quite frankly I'm sick of rough rides). Gas mileage is no big deal, as anything is an improvement over my 14mpg. Performance and of course curb appeal are the imperative requirements. Can't trust American sports cars these days since corporate doesn't appear to know how to run a business, and the 350Z is the only affordable sporty import that has nice curves to it in my eyes. I like the concept of the WRX, but it's just not as sexy.

My question would be for any tips or concerns in regards to used 350Z's in the 04-07 range. Do's, don'ts, maintenance, common problems, things to look for, etc. I figure a 350Z bbs would be the best place to get some end-user information.

Sorry wrong forum. This is where we say “Congratulations!” to new 350Z owners. Ones with the keys in their hands.

Love your entrance to a new thread so far for the new year. Probably we need to make a sub group called "No keys yet"
