While I personally think it looks awesome and I wish I had the ***** to do it to my own car, I'm simply requesting that you not do it.

I'm interested in your well-being on this board.

Last piece of advice- don't feed the Hraesvelg.

How is the practice coming along?

You need to keep after it as often as possible in order to keep everything fresh in your head.

Good luck and be safe.

you gotta watch all these 40 year old virgin creeps on here trying to get pictures to pleasure themselves too, but anyway, once you get the level street shifting down, your ultimate task to conquer will be hills, they are so annoying when driving manual, but if you can hold it down on steep hills without stalling and rolling back into the car behind you , you will be good to go! i learned on the hills of SF in the bay area...now that **** was a challenge!! haha

Man don't listen to these guys. I bought my Z after driving auto the first 6 years of my life. It was the car I learned to drive a manual in and yes it was a hard car to learn and I probably had the car stall about 300 times the first 3 months but I've learned to drive it and have put 50k+ miles since. Its worth learning to drive. Good luck. Just don't let the ********* on here ruin your fun in the Z. This site is helpful when it comes working on your Z, but there tons of *******s posting around here wagging their dicks.

Hey,

I never knew how to drive stick, and I first bought myself a 2000 prelude... A friend showed me the basics one day, and then after that I just did everything else on my own...47000 miles later and I haven't replaced the clutch...

So don't worry, just keep at it and you will be fine

lol @ a lot of these responses. Well little lady, how is it coming? If i remember correctly the OP started this thread about a month ago? Should be more proficient at driving your car. I remember when i first got mine. Drove it home from Mission Hills, CA to Whittier, CA. Long drive for barely knowing how to drive stick, lol. Only way to learn is stall constantly and find the sweet spot to get out of first =)
