Maybe it's more then YOU make, since you seen to put so much emphesis on it. But honestly, who gives a crap? We're here because of what we drive, not what we do! Don't turn this into a ***** war!
I put emphasis on it because some people are are assuming it's a mommy and daddy paid for toy.

-1 for the wrong answer. Do you drive like an asshat?(I don't care if you drive aggressively, I do all the time). Not trying to blast you, but that is REALLY high for normal driving conditions.

There is no right or wrong answer. When driving through town I shift upwards ot 3.5k just to hear my car. You don't need to floor it to shift at a higher RPM.

+1 I shift around 3.5-4k so I could hear the exhaust since thats where it sounds best. I dont even floor it either.

lol @ ricer ***s shifting at 3.5-4k so they can hear their cars rev up

there is definitely a right/wrong answer as to the best place to shift your car when driving around at a normal speed.

2500 to 3000 when I am driving economically. However, there is a really cool tunnel nearby and I usually hit 4k in there just because the Z has such a nice note.
