Default Just Purchased my first 350z

I just purchased my FIRST 350z!

The Car: 07 Daytona Blue Enthusiast.

The Back Story: I'm 20 and have had my license since I was 16. I've ALWAYS loved nissan. My first car was a 96 Honda Civic with an RSX engine in it. After that and after working and saving I purchased an 01 Volvo s80. When I moved out and went off to College I bought a 2000 Saab 3.0T 9-5. This was my first REAL car. It had some *****. Shortly after buying it I was hit and run for about $2000 in cosmetic damage and then right after I had a header go/oil in the coolant and it BASICALLY fell apart. After not having a car for a while I finally financed my 350z. there's 27k on it and it's in great shape. I'm trying to learn some things about it and obviously this is the best place.

Don't get me wrong I've looked around but I've never modded/worked on a car much out side of changing oil, brakes etc. So I don't really understand what it is about the 07 engine that makes it harder to build up/causes the lack of parts. But I just thought I'd post a hello, and get back to searching around. I hope to talk to you all soon!

P.S. My First Mod: Pioneer DEH-510UB CD deck.

Be careful parking in college areas, remember most of the students have beaters so could careless about cars. I always park far and dead center in the spots, I don't understand how careless some of these people can be, trash everywhere, etc. My friend backed into a car the other day and floored it, and I was like wtf..you're just going to hit and run?

^^ that is messed up. The first month I parked my car in one of my campus parking structures, I got keyed 5 times. If you do get keyed, don't bother getting it fixed. There will be many more. I almost cried when I saw mine, then couple days later got more :[

If someone keyed my Z. world war 3. Just sayin'.

I threw up when my saab got damaged. It isn't a Z but I loved that car for the short time I had it. but there was also a dent from the passenger handle to the gas tank and the rear door was bent in so much that it effected how far back the passenger seat went. The car basically looked like someone lined it up and just drove straight into it.

Thanks guys! I'm looking to go with 10000k (Don't want to lose as much light as 12000k but want the blue to go with the car) but I'm unsure about it. I think it'll look good but I am worried about the quality of light lost. I don't want it to look cheap and retarded either. Opinions?
