Purchasing a 350z this week. Need a lil help
Hey guys. New to the site and was looking for a lil help
Just moved here to Arizona aka perfect 350z land and weather. haha

or

(this one dropped in price down to 19,500)
both are 06's and both have 18k miles. was just wondering if their are any problems with the 06 models and anything i should look out for and one last thing. I test drove both of these. loved them but i have a question for each. the first one (red) turns very sharply. what i mean is. its kind of tough to turn the wheel and when i do, it really turns. Im not sure if that is just cuz its a sports car and the brakes were fine BUT second one (black) turns and handles really well but the brakes are very very touchy. what I mean is if I even push in the brake even the tiniest bit, it brakes hard...are these things normal?

Welcome.
Turning is primarily related to front tires. Wide tires may inhibit low speed manoeuvring. Different tires will handle differently.
Brake response may be pad related. New or aggressive pads may exhibit an initial “bite.”

interesting. I asked my friend who is pretty good with cars. she (yes she.sexy! said) i'm not sure about the breaking thing. the previous owner might have just replaced them. but the tight feel on the steering wheel is definitely normal. it took some getting used to, but its part of the sportscar drive

that style is the anniversary and 06+ i believe, the ones in the first like are the 03 - 05i think, touring.

if you can see the front bumper, its only got two little fins, first link has 3, which is a hint to previous years.

this is the 03 - 05 tail lights,

these are the 06.
I may be wrong, but just what I see
Neither both automatics BLAH.... Honestly, there's something about driving a manual man that I recommend you learn to drive with. The auto is garbage. You lose total feel of the car.

The 2006 manual transmission Z engines have been been known to consume oil. So you are taking a chance. This doesn't gaurantee you will have that issue though, you may be ok. Do some searchign on here. There's alot of threads about it.
Do what YOU want to do, not what we would do. Just do yrou research, and make an educated decission. Remember, there are ALOT of Zs for sale. So dont' feel the need to jump on the first one you aren't comfortable with it.
