Default New owner but with problems...please help

Hello everyone,

I just recently purchase my 2005 Z w/ 60k a week ago. I love the car and everything but it died out on me while I was driving last night. I tried to do a "push start" but it wouldn't start (it sounds like it wants to start). When I start it, it just shutter like it wants to start but somethings preventing it. All my lights and power work. Can you guys help me out..this is my only car. Thanks in advance.

yeah it had gas. The car was driving fine. When I made a right turn it just shut off on me. I think it's more of a sensor/electrical problem. Any sensors that would do something like that. Thanks

It's a manual, starter will spin but won't fire up. I really wanted to enjoy my car for the weekend since it's going to be nice but I guess i'll have to wait.
Things like this is just really frustrating. Thanks againg for the response.

Has anyone filled your car up recently besides you?

I was the only one that filled it up. I put 91 octance gas. The engine will spin but no spark to get it started. I wanted to get some ideas so that when I get home from work I can check whatever you guys mentioned.

I'm not sure but it seems like there was a TSB issued years ago for fuel pumps shutting off prematurally. Could possibly be that maybe.

Could it be a bad alternator? Same exact thing happened to me several years ago and it turned out to be the alternator.

No CEL, I will check the alternator to see if it's bad. I'll will look around the engine bay to see if there are any loose/corroded wires/sensors. Thanks again
