Default Just bought a 2008 350z

I purchased a used 2008 350z, and fully inspected the vehicle. Upon getting home under a light, I noticed the front fender was obviously curbed by someone prior to me buying and has a crack, and I want it fixed. What can I do since contract already signed.

That's going to be tough man but I would at least try to get the dealer to man up about it. The problem is, it's a used car and they are usually sold as is. You could be SOL. Congrats on the car though.

Thanks bro! I upgraded from a 2006 Honda Civic LX coupe. Double the HP!

I called the dealer and they said to bring this weekend and they will take care of it. I will tell them if they fix it, I'll buy from them for life

I have a $100 deductible so worst case they are at least paying that!!!

You can take the car to a body shop and have it fixed.

As the dealer has already said take it back, hopefully they will be good about things. Welcome to the forum.
