I wussed out and took the picture of her down. Something didn't feel right about it, and I'm trying to get out of this without being an a-hole.

Anyhow, picked up the Z yesterday. Just amazing power and handling. I don't think it's fully hit me yet that I finally own a Z.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Here's some better pics...

Do something about those wheels as soon as you can financially do so.

For sure. I just have to decide what I want to put on instead. Would love some Volk GTS, but that's just not in the financial cards until I know if I'm going to have to pay spousal support or not. In the meantime, I'm considering a few different 10 spoke models.

Welcome and congrats.

I picked up a 08 w/24K on it and it took a full two weeks before I really believed I bought one.I was smiling as I made the first payment last week.

Glad you got the car you always wanted.

Here is a plan to keep your car looking clean...

1. Buy stock 18'' wheels and new tires (search through the private marketplace)

2. Sell wheels on car now on craigslist or ebay etc.

3. Use that money to save up for Volk GTS

Don't just buy wheels to buy them (you waited this long for the car). A set of OEM wheels would be 1000 times better than those wheels. But great year and mileage on your car so thats great.

The car's gonna feel even more powerful after you get rid of those 20s. I've felt how heavy those exact wheels were before. No bueno.

Not a bad idea. I'll have to keep an eye on the market place. Looks like I just missed a few good deals. The wheels I was looking at getting until I can afford Volks are only $650, but new tires add almost a grand to that.

I buy my tires at onlinetires.com. They have really cheap prices. No where near a grand for stock sized tires thats for sure.
