What's up my name is Justin. I drive an 07 grand touring ppw with 40k mi. I joined cause I want to learn more about the z. I have a lot of experience working on cars so I will be modding my z to the extreme. I first bought it a year ago and since then i tinted the windows 15% and windshield 35%. Painted rims black, nismo exhaust, pioneer head unit. I have a lot of plans so be on the lookout for my future build thread.

Nah, windshield tint is actually illegal as well as driver / passenger window tint.

with the new inspection laws which just check emissions...does this mean tint no longer fails you?

 

Tint won't fail you but you can still get pulled over for having it on the drivers side window and/or windshield. And where at in NJ?

 

im in northern jersey in passiac county and the pics i am going to upload now.
also i get pulled over all the time for the windsheild i spent so far 300 in tickets just for tints but they also save me from speedin tickets
