Well I just got myself about two weeks ago a 2003 350z track model with only 43,000 miles on it. Got it for what I'd consider a steal at $12,000. Definitely a fun car to drive and neckbreaker even in stock form. If anyone out there has advice on things to look out for with these cars I'm all ears

Nice car..welcome.
The only difference in the track and the other 2 models in the first year Z(enthusiast&touring)is 18" wheels&Brembos.
What color?Is it all stock?

 

It's I believe Silverstone? That darker silver. Mods that came with the car are as follows.
-Godspeed catback
-some short ram intake
-powder coated black touring wheels
-aerosync front bumper
-rear bumper tuck
- shaved bumper, shaved hatch, wiper delete
- clear reflectors in headlights and lower reflectors
And some minor stuff in the interior. I'll try and get some pictures up soon though like I said.

Not directed at OP, just noticed nearly every person seems to not post pics up.

Anyway, I'm currently looking for my first Z, and am now jealous of you. Sounds like you got an awesome deal, I've been researching for months (2003-05) and thats awesome for the miles... I bet in warmer months up in PA it wouldnt go for quite so low.

What are your plans?

 

Well I'd like to get some wheels for it with an aggressive offset but nothing over the top. I'd just like to sit flush to the fender line. Then coilovers. Then down the road I'd like to supercharge/ turbocharge it. I have to do my research on which is better for the z.
