yea... I'd try to get some money back or just pay the same amount for an 07-08. I got my 08 base with 35k on it for just under 16k.

Edit: just saw your recent uploads and that's DEFINITELY not a GT. GT's have oem navigation in stead of the cubby. that's a touring.

Grand touring would have Brembos, Rays Wheel , and Navigation.
Navigation was an option on the GT trim. I have a Grand Touring w/o nav. GT should have VDC (with VDC off button, no TCS off button). As far as price, I suggest looking at other vehicles near the same and see how they're priced.

My God I wish I lived in the states. A 2008 base would go for around $25-30k
And my 06 Base was $18k and that is only because it is high mileage otherwise it would be over $20k easy.

But OP, you definitely need to get some money back or those advertised accessories installed.

also... you made me feel bad now. I thought I got it for a good price considering it has 29k miles. You make me want to return the car now sigh...

Alright, I just thought it was a GT considering thats what the dealership has posted... I'm still going to talk to them about it and say you posted a GT 350z, so how come this isn't a gt
Sadly, that's a very common dealership ploy, but it's on the buyer to know what they are looking at. KBB and other websites also "allow" the dealer to check off options that come standard on the vehicle. For example, the price for a touring would already take into account that leather is standard, which is part of the reason the touring is more expensive than a base (same for HIDs, etc.). However, the software allows them to "check the box" for leather as an upgrade, ultimately adding more "fair price" to the vehicle. I have purchased 3 or 4 used Nissans, and every time they pulled this crap. "KBB says it's a fair value" they say, but of course it does after they have mis-classified the vehicle (base, touring, grand touring, enthusiast, etc. for a Z; XE, SE, LE for most of the rest of their line-up), then added options that were standard. You have to call them out on that crap, and be a smart shopper.

How did it go yesterday? I thought you were going in to "show them what's up". Nissan's corporate approach is to get you to buy on the day you show up so that you can't think more about it and find a car somewhere else. This is not the same at Lexus, BMW, etc., as they know you'll be back.

Yet another example of this. Sad.

I could be wrong, but I actually thought that they GT AUTOMATIC didn't come with Brembos. I don't know if that's for all years. Regardless, only the GT Roadster didn't have the 18/19 wheels (or the bluetooth), which aggravates me royally because we have an 07' GT Roadster. That actually may be a GT, with the GT wheels swapped out since it looks like it has the bluetooth.

I still payed the same price... they didn't bring the price down saying it was a typo online... they showed me a kbb of 23k but they charged me 18.9k for the car... the guy was like we charged u for a touring, I know they made like 2-3k profit off me, but I'm happy with the car so I really don't care anymore.

Re. the car being misidentified, unfortunately that happens a lot. Typically they state somewhere in the ad they are not responsible for typos, etc.

Re. the oil consumption, the engine in the MT cars has that engine with the issue. The cars with AT have a different engine so you should be OK.

My rule of thumb is after making a major purchase as a house or a car, stop looking at ads and don't ask opinions. It doesn't matter. As long as you're happy, stay that way.

My 3 cents worth.

Yea as long as your happy, thats what counts. I paid 26k for my 08 a little while ago (touring 6mt with orange seats) but it only had 4k miles on it. People are always going to tell you about their "killer" deals, and no matter what you paid, someone will tell you you overpaid thousands of dollars. If you can afford it, and it makes you happy, then that's all that matters.
