Better late than never
I purchased a 2007 Nissan 350z last February. I've always loved the 350z and had secretly planned on trying to get a smokin deal on an 03 04 350z. Then one day i was lurking on the internet searching for cars as always, i've got a problem , and i saw a 350z with the rim and brake package, which for me is a deal maker or breaker. The car was still there after a couple months ( it was the middle of winter) and i thought well I'll throw a bid on this... the next morning i was a proud new owner of an '07 grand touring 350z!!! the rest is history ie. hours of youtube, hours of this forum, and hours of reading info on 350z and specifically the hr motor!!!
Anway here are some pics, p.s. i love the way this car can take a corner with the michelin pilot sport ps2 on back, 275s

Can you get the same gains from the k & n? I saw an 8 whp gain with the cai. same car same dyno. i would love to keep stock intakes even if i got an extra 3 to 5 with k&n. love driving my car in the rain, some say blasphemy some say tonnes of fun!!! started loving sliding now love sticking at limit in rain.

Thanks everyone. can't believe k&n builds drop ins that flow that much better that stock. I will have to search and confirm b/c i really like the idea of keeping stock air boxes. Yes money pit it is i am trying to stay on a 3000 dollar budget or i would have done the gtm supercharger in the drop of a hat, could have that done for 7500 all in tuned, but I figure the drivetrain breakdown begins(clutch flywheel, drive axles = $$$
