Default good or bad deal?

so i just recently bought a 2003 350z 6spd touring. paid $8700. the only problem i have seen is 3rd gear syncros grind if you dont give it a sec before shifting and hatch struts are out.

wheels and the black 350z strip thing aren't the nicest, and for your tranny i would upgrade to a low mileage cd009, other than that it looks pretty good

yep. ^^ BUT in the meantime,

change ur clutch fluid, get a SS line, make sure the shifter is adjsuted correctly ( theres a thread for that, and its an obscure DIY), and make sure the pedal is adjsuted correctly and the system is FULLY FULLY bled.

ID bet its one of those issues before you actually would need a cd009 trans.

Any specific brands for the fluid and ss line, im fairly retarded when it comes to working on cars, trying to change that now. Honestly I am not even possative it is the syncro's. I read forums for hours/days and that seems to be what is wrong from what other people have said, but i could be wrong.

anyone can sell you a ss line, they are all about the same, about 100 bucks, some ppl sell kits w motul fluid for like 125., check the vendor classified sections here...

tons of threads to check out.

The synchros do suck on our car, jsut saying, might as well squeeze out the best you can w peripheral parts before you go replacing a trans that will ahve better but still lame synchros.
