Default Finally an official member! Took mine home today...

Hey everyone! My name is Zach and I'm 21 years old. I'm an engineering student and I landed an amazing career with Transitions Optical as a hardware development engineer. My gift to myself for all the hard work was to replace my '97 Honda Accord (she will always be my first love) with a more reliable and exciting car.

Enter: the 350z. I've only been in her for an hour or so and I'm already in love. She's a 2005 Enthusiast with 77k miles and the paint is almost perfect. Extremely well maintained and the only real thing I'm going to do right off the bat is refinish the headlights due to the light haze that's so common with the cheap plastic nissan used. Anyway, I'm extremely happy and I can't wait to start my longggg relationship with this great car

Wow awesome welcome guys!! Thank you all and I will be refinishing the headlights one of these weekends. Been so busy lately that it was a surprise I even found the car. But I'm way more than happy with it and the white is perfect - looks showroom new. Anyway, I can't wait to hopefully give back a little to repay all of the help everyone here has given me just by reading countless threads. I look forward to getting to know everyone and JCITY - I live right on the border of tampa/temple terrace. Maybe we could meet up at cars and coffe sometime?

If you tend to go elsewhere for any detailing, the detailing department there is incredible. The manager, Stanley is a great guy, and very knowledgeable with that kinda stuff. He'll also tend to take you out to too many strip clubs Love the white by the way! I wish I had gone for a lighter colored Z with the Florida sun!

Thanks man! I really like it. The white should hold up really well in that sweltering sun. I really enjoy detailing it myself but if I find myself in the area one day maybe I'll go there and get it done. I'm excited for next weekend since I'll get the chance to refinish the headlights and re-grease the stub axles to get rid of that annoying click that seems to be pretty common (can only hear it once in a while with the windows down). I'll also tear it apart and detail it through and through. It will look showroom new.
