Default New Owner of a 2006 350z

My dad got a 78 Datsun 280z when he graduated college so I thought it would be fitting to get a 350/370z when I graduated. Well, a year has passed and... I now have a 2006 Silverstone Base 350z.

I just got it 3 weeks ago, but I've already done a few things to it; including smoking the headlights and tail lights, new lights (LED conversion and 8000k head lights), painted calipers, and new rims and tires.

Why would you get 8000k Bulbs, you're willing to sacrifice light output for color!??

Other than that, it looks good.

welcome and congrats. you should uncover those beautiful led tail lights! and some lowering springs + spacers would be a great addition to your Z.

Lose the rice bulbs and paint those calipers black as there is no reason to bring attention to those monstrosities nissan calls brake calipers. Other than that, welcome and congrats.

They're eBay bulbs that are "8000K", but they appear to be quite a bit more white than the normal 8000K bulbs that you usually see (even though they look really blue during the day and at this angle). They're probably more around the ~6750K mark. Light output from them is better than what came on the car, probably due to age.

Keep in mind that this was at like 4 PM:

Lose the tint on the tails. Good job on the wheel shopping though.

Looks nice. You turned your headlights useless though, and will annoy everyone in the oncoming lanes.
