Just got me a Z!!
ok so here we go,
Im finally making my first post. Im sorta new to the site, just used to skim around for info and stuff to read into the Z.
So recently i purchased a 03 350z base, its a 5AT.... i know
but its what i wanted. i kinda got tired of owning manual transmission cars, so this is my first auto tranny ca, and i can honestly say im pretty happy with it.
this is my second nissan vehicle, i previously owned a 95 240sx with an s14 blacktop sr20, which i had done a considerable amount of work on, including a bug turbo setup...
ok but back on topic, im very pleased with my Z. Ive been reading up on some little mods to do here and there, but basically im looking to keep the car very clean, im not much of a fan of big spoilers or lip kits and what not. so far i have done two very small mods to it in my spare time which include a new momo shift **** and crown royal shift boot & a home made pop charger and heat shield.

lol jk nice car and nice color haha welcome to the forums. one mod i would recommend is blacking out the orange reflectors on the front bumper lol im doing mine soon

but i did think of maybe the clear bumper lights, but even then im like ehhh lol.

ok ok ok.. so earlier on my intro i had mentioned some of my little mods. well hears how they came out. let me know what you guys think.
heres my CROWN ROYAL shift boot and MOMO AT shift ****
and this here is my home made pop charger and heat shield
(here my process in making a replica JWT)
test fitting..
finished product, with some garage door seal, that seals up against the hood for a nice fit
and all done
and that is all.. lmk what you guys think, and btw yes i know its not as good as the jwt on performance, but then again im not making a race car just wanted to do a little something to her

Not a fan of the C Royal shift boot.
Just sayin,somebody looks at your car,a Z,pretty cool.
Looks inside,riceroni.That boot ruins the look of yor car.
