That's correct and it doesn't have it. Was just talking to my dad and he told me if I really wanted to get into I could get an attorney and sue them for the fraudulent documents and most likely get my car for free then. But I'm going to wait and see what nissan is going to do for me and go from there.

Dude, time to wake up. The purpose of a civil court case like this is to make you "whole". or in other words, put you back where you were before all this happened. It's not a lottery win. Best case is you give the car back and the loan goes away. No "pain and suffering", either.

Which is very likely the best offer the dealer is going to make.

Yeah but its going to be more of what nissan corp actually says and what the better business bureau says would be my guess. I mean depending on what they do is what I'm going to go from. If I don't feel like its good enough ill look into what else I can do too. Ill be sure to let you guys know when I get the phone call!

nissan corp has nothing to do with it, they have no control how a dealer lists a car, as far as the BBB i would just file a complaint and be done

Yeah I know nissan doesn't I'm just waiting to hear back from them and see what's going on. As long as the contract is voided and the price is reduced and taken into account with as much as I've paid on it already. Along with my down payment, and it's re-adjusted that's all I care about.

And I'm definitely filing a report to the BBB about it!

that is the most realistic thing to do, and i would try to get the adjusted price as low as you could for your troubles

Hmm I wonder what the odds are of all of this getting fixed, and reconfigured before Friday since my car payments due lol. This will work out then too since my payments won't be as much so I'll have extra money to put back for parts

If you get the price reduced, you might want to file a claim with the state for overpaid sales taxes. I'm sure you paid more sales taxes than was warranted.

Alright I'll be getting the documents from nissan in the morning, I'm also having my bank fax me my contract, and I'll be waiting for a phone call from the dealership from someone who deals with this sort of problem. Nissan told me if they don't co-operate to give them a call again and they'll send it up higher in the office to have them do something.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

You could have avoided all of this trouble if you would have done a bit of research from the beginning....
Like I said in previous posts the 35th anniversary only came in 3 colors...

Ultra Yellow

Super Black

Silverstone

So that should have been your first clue that it wasn't a 35th model no matter what the dealership said it was

I bought this before I joined here. I already got that info from other people.
