Hey guys im from Centerton AR and well im new to this forum. ive been browsing for a few months. well ive had a 350z and been waiting to jump the gun to do a full drift build. the GF kept saying "why do you need another drift car" you know how it is.. well I got rid of old drift car. and I was driving my Z as a daily driver.. due to some icy roads I hit a ditch. front end of the car got smashed and I bent the supports for the bumper crash bar.. soo it only seems logical to convert my Z into a drift car. gonna retain the stock interior for now. im sure that will go over next winter.. if you guys wanna see a build I can. I don't know how welcome drifters are around here. I don't drift on the streets. I go to texas and over to Memphis to Traction Optional... just a bit about me. ohh... New Daily driver... looking at a C6 corvertte.. opinions? also the Girlfriend drivers a 04 touring Roadster.. just some more info.... looking to grow here and learn a lot!

im definately nothing like that guy... i dont drift on the street. Like i said icy roads is what took my car out. 20mph into a decent ditch really does some damage... only reason im keeping full interior is for the GF... if i pull the interior then it will make her mad. so yeah when it does hit the streets its just on some cruising with some local car clubs. or the the car meet on sunday nights....

 

Dude..keep your interior. It will drift just as good except not look like a pile of ****. I have a full 12 point welded in cage and still retained most of my interior. I took out the trunk stuff and trimmed some panels but it's worth it.

 

Would you mind sending me some pictures of your cage?
