From fastest to slowest:

The Mustang Mach1 did (14.0@103 mph) 1/4 mile - (0-60 mph 5.2sec.)

350Z did (14.3@ 100 mph) 1/4 mile - (0-60 mph 5.7sec.)

S2000 did (14.9@ 95 mph) 1/4 mile - (0-60 mph 6.3 sec.)

Audi TT did (15.7@88 mph) 1/4 mile - (0-60 mph7.3sec.)

How much is the Mustang?

how about slalom tests? that sould be S, Z, TT, Mustang. in that order.

oh and the hard top was because it was sport COUPES. everyone had a hard top so if the S2000 wanted to play, they did too. not really a big deal for performance, but it was a bit of a low blow on price.

The kvetch about weight for the S2k could be our complaint on the Z as well. They tested the Touring, right? The tracks a bit lighter, why didn't they test the Track?

Doesn't matter all that much. They're both fun as hell to drive regardless of the top or trim.

Actually base on skidpad my guess is S2000 (0.90g), 350Z (0.89g), Mustang Mach 1 (0.88g), Audi TT (0.87g). in that order. not bad for the old mustang chasis.
