Default New 06 350z Redline Base 6mt Owner!

Just got home from buying a 2006 Base 6mt Redline Red 350z! Has 101k miles on it and got it for a pretty good price so I'm stoked! Can't wait to learn more about the car and have some fun!

Got any plans for it? My first suggestion for the base would be save up for a legit differential(and final drive if it meets your end goal)

The base in stock form is plenty fun. I'm still saving for a diff, but my swapped in VLSD will do for now...

Welcome to the board!

Welcome to the board!
As of right now I just want to do basic maintenance since I don't know what the previous owner did, and also some minor cosmetic issues to fix (driver's door armrest is scratched, flip up dash storage area is scratched, curb rashed wheel, window motor needs reset, etc).

Once that is done, I'll be adding a double din for music/nav/backup camera, some sort of lip and maybe spoiler, and then maybe an LSD.

If there's other performance upgrades I can do relatively easy I might do that as well, but that's one of the reasons I'm here, to learn about the car. So we'll see!

If I did it all over with my base.....exhaust, diff with 4.08s, sway bars then cosmetics. Probably spacers on stock wheels to please my cosmetic need at first

good luck!
