I bought my car with an engine that wasnt the original.

I bought my car couple months ago and previous owner said they put a new engine on the car is there anyway to know with the serial number on the block 725634AVQ35 my chasis is a 2003 but previous owner said he put a 2005 engine.

Take the serial number to Nissan. They're the only one who can tell you for certain (or possibly a shop with Alldata).
