Does anyone know the torque specs for these studs, cannot find anything online about them?

They don't have a spec as they're part of the assembly. Just bottom them out, the nut tightened to spec keeps them from backing out.

Just hand tight … you will torque the nut that goes on them.

Hey guys, quick question about crankcase ventilation and the hoses connecting to it. Nissan doesn't have any clamps listed on the circles hose and I was wondering if this was right? It doesn't seem so given that every other hose and pipe has a clamp of some sort holding it in place. Thanks

I got a question about my throw out bearing: how would y'all separate it from the sleeve that sits in it and what grease should I use in putting the new one on?
Thanks,
Meta

I was watching videos on how to replace this and saw them putting some sort of grease on the sleeve (just a thin coat). I was wondering if this stuff is what I should use and if adding that thin coat to the sleeve was ok?

Does anyone know of any reputable machine shops in the Colorado Springs area that would be willing to surface and clean parts? Mine unfortunately closed down within the last year.

Default Gas smell coming from new lines

Hey guys, I recently redid my fuel lines and replaced them with -8an ones as well as a return kit and for some reason my lines smell like gas. I’ve checked for leaks and can’t find any nor do I see any gas residue anywhere on the lines/ where they connect after I prime the pump. The gas in the tank has been sitting for quite a while and I’m wondering if that’s the reason for the strong odor or if something is actually leaking?

YES YES YES it Matter........

In the service manual it shows you where each one goes.

Don’t worry, I got this figured out a while ago lol, would you happen to know about the gas smell I previously posted about?

if you have played around w the fuel tank pump hat, the large o ring on the hat needs to be replaced , they soak, swell, and die quickly.. theyre supposed to be 1x use but age is really the biggest culprit.
has happened to every car i currently own.

Oh good to know, I did not think of that. I did replace it when I pulled my pump but it got soaked in gas when going back in. I’ll pull that and replace it asap
