Hey guys, I have been a long time nissan owner, and just last week I got my Nismo 350!! I live in So Cal San Diego, and I got Pikes Peak white, number 0802. I love love love this car from the moment I saw it back in July while I was getting my z32 worked on. I've been reading this forum for about the past couple months and I love it. For example I read the thread about the plastic spacers in the springs and sure enough I still had them on, and if it not for this sight I would never have checked. But ya, I can't wait to meet everyone of you guys in person and the meets where we all can have our cars together when and where ever that may be. As far as I know I am the only one who owns one in San Diego, and the only nismo's still in the dealer showrooms down here are red. I'll post pics soon of number 0802 too. Pleasure meeting you guys, NISMO love all the way.

 

by the way, the dealership gave me a car cover for forgetting the spacers, I havn't tried it on yet to see if it fits but i'll let you guys know when I do.

Congratz What month was yours built? Mine was car 750 built in 10/07.

 

Best color for the car. Congrats on it! We now have #812 2008 on our lot (Pacific Nissan) and it is PPW as well. Looks like the Mossy dealers still just have the three red '07 ones.

Interesting note on the red ones:
The red Nismo Zs made in '07 were Redline and the '08s are Nogaro Red.

 

Yeah, the people over at Mossy in Vista were pretty dumb, the sales guy who obviously didn't know anything, told me that all NISMO came in only their Red and black, and when I told them to check the freakin NissanUSA websight to see that it came in white, they then told me it would take 3 months for a order since they didn't know of any. Their bad knowledge of the cars they sell, esplly the NISMO made me not want their buisness, so I ended up getting mine over at TUSTIN Nissan over by Irvine. Dude I meet one of the SD guys on here who said he knew you, goes by the name of cbasil on Sunday. I was wondering where the 350z guys from SD meet up?

 

were looking to get my fiancee a Z...she wants a ZR but i really wanted to get a nismo...after seeing the nismo in ppw...omg ... its SEX!!

Thanks guys!! I still can't wait to meet the other NISMO owners out there!! I just put 2k miles, right now it's my daily and I plan on buying something else to keep the miles low but I feel no rush because I love enjoying the car. Even though my girlfriend hates how I drive a million miles away from the other cars in the parking lot or how I will clean the car every few days, hate to see the car dirty. ANyone going to the Nissan meet in FEB?

That is very interesting , It means possibly that at least 52 nismos were built in october of 2007.
