Thank God your finally getting your spoiler I haven't posted in any of your threads. But I have been frustrated for you. I could only imagine how irritated I would be with this entire situation.

By the way who's DAVEB?

Oh you can't imagine it.. I can't wait to get it fixed

Thanks for pulling for me!

DAVEB is a member of the forum, he PM'd me. He works for a Nissan garage in Austin. He checked against the parts and they showed up, depsite Nissan calling me and telling me it would be nother 3 months at the end of December.

UPDATE (January 24)

Had a call Monday to bring car into Progressive Service Center on Wednesday, and took it in to get it repaired yesterday.

Ended up with Buick LaCrosse rental. Now appreciate NISMO suspension and set up more than ever as the Buick rides like a pig on roller skates

Anyhoo - long story short, I had to go down to the repair shop as they thought they'd left a part oin my trunk that I would have taken out before dropping the car off. Turns out that they were just missing it - but I saw my baby with the spoiler attached

They are now just waiting on a brake light extension which should have been delivered yesterday, so hopefully am picking it up later this afternoon.

w00t!

DAVEB is the f*ing man. He's also done a lot for the Maxima community.

I do not I'm afriad. you'll need to go via a Nissan dealership, but I would say that it came in about 15 parts - it's not a one shot deal.

The TPMS light is permanently on now, so will probably get that switched off - and do that at the same time as I get the clutch pieces replaced (next week I suspect).

I agree. I think part of the issue was that the repair shop was not aware of the NISMO, and kept ordering the wrong parts not knowing what they were supposed to be getting.

I didn't know that Texas law states you can take it whereever you want, so in future (hopefully no accidents in future but you know what I mean ) I'll be picking a shop that works on performance Nissans.
