Well, I hope not, I haven't contacted my forwarder today. It was scheduled to depart Florida International Terminal, Port Everglades, today. Should arrived in Montevideo, Uruguay on March 1st. and here in Asuncion, Paraguay on March 8th.

By the way Mike, does yours qualify under the VIN #s that needs to do the CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER RECALL? Read this and u will find out https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ylinder+recall

In case it does, I will really appreciate u can tell me the diff. before and after they addressed the problem, ok? Thanks Bro.

BTW, really really and really NICE RIDE what you go there. I really wished I had the black one, but just too worried about keeping it DUST-FREE and always CLEAN and SHINNY. lol

Congrats Mike, looks good. And good looking out Kenny, but he has an '08 so he should be good to go.

Mike, I saw your thread about lemoning the STI. Not sure if you got to drive it much, but how does it compare to the Nismo.

Haven't done it yet. Clutch feels fine at the moment and I really don't want them taking the car apart at this point. Probably get it done around the first oil change or so.

I got your PM, I'll go check.

The Sti sucked compared to the Z to be quite honest. I hated driving that car.... I felt like I was in high school again. The Z however puts a smile back on my face everytime that I drive it. I missed my 2006 immediatly after i bought the STi however, I would have a NISMO if I didnt get the STi so I am kinda thankful.

I have had the clutch slave cylinder replaced (yesterday) so although it's only been a day, you can definitely tell the difference.

The gears seem to engage much cleaner, and the clutch feels more like it's actually doing something.

Mine had gotten to the point where it was down - up with no "feel" to it if that makes sense.

I do not drive the clutch badly, so probably didn't need it done straight away, but thought it best as I can't have it fall to the floor in Houston traffic.

I agree with others that have posted that have said that it's like having a new car.

To the OP - gratz on your new baby - looks sweet

Chris,

Congrats on your newest acquisition. I can honestly say that I'm jealous
Good choice on the black too -- I'm a big fan of all of the panels being of the same color. Enjoy sir.

if you mean the lip, rear diffuser, and side skirt - they aren't black.

Hello,

Let's not split hairs here.
While it's obvious that it's not black-black (more of a dark grey), the difference in color is less apparent on a black Nismo Z than that of any other color Nismo Z. That said, my original statement should have been clearer. I do thank you for pointing out the obvious though. I keed. I keed!

D (is having a rough day in the articulation dept)
